You place an order for a total quantity at an agreed price. You call off the goods on one or more predefined dates. The term should be a maximum of 1 year.

We cannot rule out price adjustments due to currency fluctuations and allocations.

Conflict Minerals Statement

In accordance with applicable regulatory requirements for conflict minerals reporting, we would like to inform you as follows:

As a distributor of electronic, electrical, and electromechanical components as well as related products, we do not design, develop, manufacture, or control the products we distribute. Therefore, the distribution activities carried out by EXC GmbH generally do not fall within the direct scope of statutory conflict minerals reporting obligations.

The assessment of the use of conflict minerals in the products supplied lies with the respective manufacturers. Accordingly, we rely on the information and declarations provided by our manufacturing and supplier partners in order to communicate the conflict minerals status of the products we distribute.

As soon as relevant information is made available to us by our suppliers, we will be pleased to provide it to our customers upon request.

The Date Codes shown on the product detail page are, if provided, displayed in the YYWW format.

We send invoices by e-mail in an environmentally friendly and efficient manner. Shipments to non-EU countries are also included with invoices due to customs regulations.

Our minimum order value is EUR 50.00.

Payment Methods
We offer delivery on account for existing customers and for new customers subject to a credit line review. We also accept payment by credit card or by prepayment.

All prices are net prices, ex works. Shipping costs and statutory VAT will be charged in addition. This applies to deliveries within Germany.

For products with a stock quantity of 0, the prices displayed are the prices that were valid the last time the product was in stock and are shown for reference only.

If there is demand for products with a stock quantity of 0, inquiries can be submitted via the request form or by phone.

Note: EXC GmbH supplies exclusively to business customers. We do not sell or deliver products to private end users.

We deliver our products reliably within Germany and to countries of the European Union. Shipments within Germany and the EU are generally sent via GLS. Express delivery is available upon the customer’s explicit request; any additional costs incurred will be charged separately.

Deliveries to so-called third countries are made exclusively using the customer’s own carrier account number. Shipping to these countries is currently possible via DHL, TNT, and UPS. Without a valid account number, shipment to third countries cannot be arranged.

Delivery times depend on the destination and will be confirmed in the order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, the following standard delivery times and shipping costs apply:

  • Delivery within Germany
    Transit time: approx. 1–2 business days
    Shipping costs: EUR 8.90

  • Delivery to EU countries
    Transit time: approx. 2–3 business days
    Shipping costs: EUR 19.80

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.

In many cases, we offer special prices for quantities that are outside the price scale or marked with 'Inquiry'. Please speak to your contact person in sales or use our inquiry form on the website.
