You place an order for a total quantity at an agreed price. You call off the goods on one or more predefined dates. The term should be a maximum of 1 year.

We cannot rule out price adjustments due to currency fluctuations and allocations.

As a distributor of electronic, electrical, and electromechanical components and related products, we do not design, manufacture, or control the contents of the items we distribute. Therefore, traditional distribution activities such as those conducted by EXC are not within the scope of our reporting obligations.

We rely on information from our manufacturing partners to provide information on the conflict minerals status of the products we distribute. As soon as we receive such information from our suppliers, we will be happy to provide it to you.

The Date Codes shown on the product detail page are, if provided, displayed in the YYWW format.

We send invoices by e-mail in an environmentally friendly and efficient manner. Shipments to non-EU countries are also included with invoices due to customs regulations.

Our minimum order value is EUR 50.00.

We deliver on account, even for first orders. We currently do not offer online payments. Check and credit card payments are currently not accepted.

All prices are net ex works plus postage and VAT (delivery in Germany).

We ship within Germany and the EU via GLS. Express delivery is possible on special request. For shipments out of the EU, we only ship to the customer's account number. This is currently possible with DHL, TNT and UPS.
