Your responsibilities
In your function as Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be equally
responsible for the active support of end customers from the OEM and EMS
sectors in the D-A-CH region as well as the corresponding acquisition of new
customers and support your clients in the procurement of electronic components.
You are in regular contact with your customers and support them
comprehensively and proactively. From the clarification of short-term
requirements, joint analysis of the annual planning, possible hedging by a corresponding
framework agreement to information about changes to specific components (such
as end-of-life, allocations).
Your varied job profile is as follows
· Support and
proactive care of existing customers as well as targeted acquisition of new customers
in the D-A-CH region
· Analysis of
specific customer needs
· Recording
and examination of customer requirements and preparation of offers
· Collection
and processing of relevant information on components, orders, deliveries, etc.
· Continuous
market observation for electronic components
· Ensuring
smooth communication regarding your sales activities and transactions (order
management)
Your profile
· Successfully
completed training or studies with a commercial and/or technical background
· Several
years of experience in a sales activity of active and/or passive components or
related services
· Strong
communication skills and convincing appearance
· Strategic
and analytical approach
· Independent
way of working in connection with a high goal and result orientation
· Very good
knowledge of German and English
· Experienced
handling of applications such as SAP, MS Office
· Enjoy
making new customer contacts and retaining customers in the long term
· Strong
hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team
